A Mysterious Black Beast is Mutilating Cattle Near Cuenca, Ecuador: Villagers from La Quarta, Ecuador, claim to have seen a black animal they chased at night by flashlight. Reports say that close to the cattle torn savagely apart are huge claw prints in the dirt. They speak of the legend of chupacabra, which means, “goat sucker.”
