A View From the Roof: Tango has come to Cotacachi in the form of two wonderful dancers, a sister and brother from the United States. They teach and perform this difficult dance with grace and ease. Yup, Linda and I are preparing for a trip to Buenas Aires, the Tango Capitol of the world!
