Ayampe Beach Project Update: Buy A Beach Lot And Get a Free House
Ten days ago, we sent our our newsletter to announce a free 3,200 sq.
ft. house with the purchase of a beach lot for $65,000.
Since then, five of the
10 lots have been purchased, and several are in the final negotiation
stages.
In addition, the pot has
been sweetened with the opportunity for
front lot purchasers to invest in the resort hotel to be built on
the 30-acre property.

Join Pro-Ecuador for this year's outstanding Ecuador tours. We have added a customized Ecuador Artist Tour at the request of a former tour participant who wants to create an artist community in Cotacachi.
This new tour will explore ideas for creative expression and for developing an artistic community in Ecuador. Those attending will meet local painters, sculptors, woodcarvers and weavers as well as ex pat artists successfully working in Ecuador.
Our Introduction to Ecuador Course and Real Estate Tour features a visit to an eco-development in Mindo's bird sanctuary and prime properties for sale in the Cotacachi area, Cuenca, and the coastal areas of San Clemente, Manta and Bahia. In addition, you will learn most of what you need to know about moving to Ecuador.
